Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Portland, Texas is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial coffee machines, handle on-site service calls, and ensure customers receive top-quality, dialed-in equipment. You will document work clearly and coordinate through our dispatch system.

Expect 2–3 service calls daily with a focus on accuracy and communication. A company vehicle is provided after training completes, and a strong attention to safety and detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical and plumbing systems required.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record and ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Experience with servicing commercial coffee equipment desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers.
• Write precise service notes and manage tickets in ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in plain language.
• Taste coffee to verify machines are dialed in after repairs.
