Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with home electrical work or plumbing repairs is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle field mobility.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations.
• Diagnose equipment issues using electrical/hydraulic diagrams and multimeter.
• Identify part numbers and reference machine documentation.
• Document service notes clearly in the dispatch system.
• Communicate findings to customers professionally.
• Operate with safety and attention to detail.
