Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems in the Greater Austin region. You’ll work independently in the field, backed by a team that handles everything except the actual repair work.

You’ll perform 2–3 service calls daily, use a multimeter, read diagrams, and log precise service notes in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects is expected.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work with required apps on a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Make 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations (cafes, hotels, hospitality).
• Measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity; trace faults from diagrams.
• Identify thread types and outlet configurations; fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with care; look up part numbers in diagrams and docs.
• Write precise service notes and keep tickets organized in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers; taste coffee to verify calibration.
