Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician who can diagnose and fix espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems at commercial sites across the region. You’ll work independently in the field with back-office support, starting from home and moving to customer sites for on-site repairs.

Role requires hands-on technical skills, comfort with multimeters and tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently in the field.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Familiarity with service dispatch platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations, including cafes and hotels.
• Measure electrical characteristics and trace faults using diagrams.
• Identify parts, fabricate adapters, and reassemble equipment carefully.
• Document service notes accurately and professionally.
• Maintain organized time sheets and tickets in the dispatch system.
