Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Coffee & Beverage Sales Analyst to support the sales team with data, insights, and reporting that inform strategic decisions and drive category growth. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to deliver actionable recommendations and compelling presentations.

This role requires at least 18 months in retail sales analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Nestlé offers a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment focused on analytics and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Solid understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support business needs and drive category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and retailer platforms.
• Maintain category expertise and understanding of the broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling to build sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for daily account team use.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various data sources.
