Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related analytics role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams; advanced Excel skills including lookups and pivots.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of 4P sales fundamentals and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to guide current business decisions and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and POS data to identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate category expertise and understand the broader retail landscape.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to support sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for Nestlé’s customer teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analyses from various sources including Circana and Nielsen.
