Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Development to translate category, customer, and channel insights into actionable plans that drive growth and strengthen field sales execution.

You will partner with Commercial Development Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer planning, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across Walmart and Strategic Growth Channel retailers.

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in retail sales or related analytics.
• Experience supporting business performance through analytics and planning.
• Proven ability to develop presentations and business materials for commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop 4P tactics by channel and customer, including brand objectives and growth drivers.
• Support ad hoc reporting, sales presentations, communications, SDB writing, and CAP development.
• Analyze category, customer, and channel data to identify trends and insights.
• Contribute insights to customers and provide feedback to field sales on opportunities.
• Communicate results and updates to field sales and customers to support execution.
