Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient batching operations in our coffee production facility. You will work with the Processing Supervisor and team to maintain product quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes adherence to specifications, proper PPE use, and documentation of batch details, with a focus on precision and teamwork on site in Conway, AR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication across written and spoken forms.
• Strong leadership and ability to train teammates.
• Ability to follow specifications and manuals accurately.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude to support batching processes.
• Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends per specifications.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Record batch numbers, lot codes, and production times accurately.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to collect and submit samples.
• Support packaging with timely and accurate batched deliveries.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate batching issues and resolve them.
