• Selects batching bins and initiates batching via computer interface.
• Monitors and adjusts batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Performs pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinates with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintains records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinates with line support for materials.
• Supports packaging by delivering batched coffee on time.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follows safety and quality protocols, including PPE and cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
