Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to run batching equipment in our production area. The role supports quality and throughput goals by preparing coffee blends according to specifications and by coordinating with the Processing Supervisor and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment according to specifications.
• Select batching bins and initiate batching via computer interface.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Perform pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinate with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintain records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Support packaging line with timely delivery of batched coffee.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follow safety and quality protocols, including PPE usage.
