Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends per specs.
• Select batching bins and initiate batching via computer interface.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Perform pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinate with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintain accurate records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinate with line support for material delivery.
• Support packaging line with timely batched delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follow safety and quality protocols, including PPE and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
