Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintain records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinate with line support for materials and packaging delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols, including PPE usage.
