Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to safely and efficiently run batching equipment and prepare coffee blends per production specifications. You will work closely with the Processing Supervisor to ensure quality, throughput, and product integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends per specs.
• Select batching bins and start batching via computer interface.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Perform pre-batch weight and blend verifications.
• Coordinate with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintain accurate batch, lot, and production time records.
• Support packaging by delivering batched coffee on schedule.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follow safety, PPE, and cleanliness protocols.
