Responsibilities

• Operates batching equipment to prepare coffee blends according to specifications.
• Selects batching bins and initiates batching via computer interface.
• Monitors and adjusts batching parameters for consistency.
• Performs pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinates with quality assurance to collect batch samples.
• Maintains records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinates with line support for materials.
• Supports packaging line with timely delivery of batched coffee.
• Troubleshoots and resolves batching issues.
• Follows safety and quality protocols including PPE and cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
