Job summary

Red-D-Arc is hiring a Cobot Specialist for North Region, driving Bot X rentals, leases, and sales while leading customer-focused support and training initiatives across multiple states.

You will collaborate with Red-D-Arc sales and Airgas partners to expand cobot opportunities, own the install and training process, and grow the met-fab footprint with disciplined CRM usage and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years sales experience in Automation and/or Weld Process Sales.
• Leadership: guide, mentor, and influence associates.
• Decision making: work independently following policies.
• Problem solving: handle conflicting goals and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bot X rental, lease, and sales growth with Red-D-Arc and Airgas partners.
• Lead customer-facing support, product installation, training, and cross-selling.
• Own install process, training, and customer support for cobots.
• Expand sales channels in met-fab and welding production environments.
• Train field sales teams and Airgas specialists on cobot capabilities.
• Maintain CRM usage and note customer activities.
