Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant pharma experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in pharmaceutical sales.
• Understanding of Neuropsychiatry environment, reimbursement and access processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 TASs to drive adoption of COBENFY.
• Coach TASs on selling skills, scientific engagement, and digital capabilities.
• Lead strategic district planning, budget planning, and account prioritization.
