Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior District Business Manager to lead a team of about 10 TASs and drive adoption of COBENFY in the South Texas region. The DBM coaches on selling skills, scientific engagement, and digital capabilities, while leading strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical, and Access teams.

The role is field-based, requires coaching and leadership to meet or exceed business goals, and emphasizes continued growth and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of Neuropsychiatry environment, call points, and industry trends preferred.
• 5 or more years of prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience in leading and managing high-performing teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focused in-role coaching and developing TASs; sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and training Therapeutic Area Specialists to support launch of COBENFY.
• Coach TASs on competencies and learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility & teamwork/enterprise mindset).
• Ownership for TASs learning journey and continuous improvement of core skills and behavior.
