Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a strategic Hospital Key Account Manager (Associate Director) for the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive COBENFY adoption in hospital systems, navigate formulary access, and optimize reimbursement pathways.

This field-based role requires deep account understanding and strong collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, and Medical teams.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree required.
Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
Hospital and IDN experience required; regional or national account management experience preferred.
Direct health system provider and payer experience required.
Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including hospitals, IDNs, and payer dynamics.
Experience with hospital payment models, P&T, formulary access and reimbursement dynamics, pathways and protocol development, EMR/EHR systems, pharmacy planning and operations.
Must have a valid driver's license within the United States.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives and market dynamics to translate into strategic account plans.
Lead development and execution of account-specific strategies with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with matrix partners to ensure effective account management and outcomes.
Support formulary management, P&T processes, and advocacy for formulary position improvements.
Engage hospital decision makers to build economically accretive solutions for population health.
Lead discussions on hospital reimbursement models and demonstrate COBENFY value proposition.
Maintain relationships with C-suite, finance, pharmacy and senior administrators.
