Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing high-performing teams in pharmaceutical sales.
• Pharma experience including reimbursement, access and distribution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coach TASs on competencies and learning objectives (scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, digital capabilities).
• Lead and motivate a team of TASs to drive adoption of the Psychiatry portfolio.
• Engage in strategic planning, account prioritization and field coaching within territory.
