Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a regional Sales Strategy & Operations leader to support the Northeast and South regions during the COBENFY launch. You’ll partner with regional leaders to enable execution aligned with national strategy, provide in-region analytics, and drive cross-functional pull-through of initiatives.

The role provides exposure to senior sales and marketing leadership and involvement in regional business planning, budgets, and system enablement across key platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience across sales operations and related roles.
• Strong leadership and compliant execution track record.
• Ability to think and communicate strategically and clearly.
• Experience partnering with regional and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner for regional leadership with data insights to inform execution.
• Support tailored pull-through of national strategy in-region.
• Provide recommendations to improve regional sales performance through analytics.
• Collaborate on regional business plans and review processes.
• Troubleshoot regional operational issues and drive system enablement.
