Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior District Business Manager in South Florida. The role leads a team of about 10 TASs to drive adoption of the Psychiatry portfolio, coaching on selling skills, scientific engagement, and digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or other related industry experience.
• Understanding of Neuropsychiatry environment, call points, and industry trends preferred
• 5+ years as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent leadership experience preferred
• Pharma experience including reimbursement, access and distribution knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals
• Proven ability to select, develop, and retain talented individuals
• Experience using analytical skills, selling skills, business acumen, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain
• Driver requirements: must meet 'Qualified Driver' criteria (age, license, risk level)

Responsibilities

• Coach TASs on competencies and learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer experience, digital capabilities)
• Recruit, onboard and train TASs to support launch of COBENFY
• Conduct ride-alongs with TASs for key HCPs as per coaching plan
• Lead TASs learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills and behavior
• Champion adoption of CE^3 insights to guide call planning and preparation
• Coordinate field team meetings to share experiences and drive adoption of new capabilities
