Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring a full-time, on-site Process Engineering Manager for our Painesville, OH facility. You will coach a team of process engineers, translate business strategies into priorities, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across coating lines using Six Sigma and RCA frameworks.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering from an accredited university required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSE and Six Sigma belts preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers on-site in Painesville.
• Translate business strategies into actionable engineering priorities.
• Drive loss reduction, throughput optimization, and quality improvements.
• Manage safety, quality, cost and sustainment projects with RCA and PM tools.
