Job summary

Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering from an accredited university is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with statistical analysis and Six Sigma frameworks.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Knowledge of controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and web-based processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of process engineers and drive site-wide process stability.
- Translate business strategies into engineering priorities and capital plans.
- Drive loss reduction, line throughput, and product quality improvements across coating lines.
- Support day-to-day operations and collaborate with R&D, and commercial partners.
- Lead safety, quality, cost and process improvement projects with sustainment strategies.
