Job summary

The role covers equipment upgrades, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and specifications.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required; 3–5 years of plant engineering experience.
• Six Sigma experience is highly desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process optimization, web handling, coating, and SPC or related quality control methods and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily manufacturing support to investigate and resolve work-in-process, production, and quality issues.
• Maintain on-call availability for technical process support.
• Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and track key performance metrics.
• Plan sequences of operations and establish equipment requirements; perform continuous testing and measurements (tension, moisture, temperature).
• Champion safety as a core value through EH&S participation and training.
