Job summary

Gracious Hospitality Management is expanding with 550 Madison and seeks a Coat Check team member to deliver seamless guest experiences. You will manage coats, bags, and personal items while keeping the area organized and well stocked during all hours of operation.

The role emphasizes professional service, attention to detail, and collaboration with other teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively by phone and email as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for fast-paced settings.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with professional conduct under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and local health standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous coat check service, assist guests with personal items, and tag/store belongings.
• Maintain a clean, organized coat check area and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist with adjacent guest areas and report issues to management promptly.
• Participate in training new team members and support other restaurant areas as directed.
