The role requires late hours, a flexible schedule, and robust customer service experience in a live entertainment setting. Fluency in English is essential, with a positive attitude toward a diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as information resource for Guests and Members about their experience in the music area.
• Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain coatroom in a clean, organized and safe condition.
• Place coat check tabs on hangers in numerical order and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Ensure adherence to venue dress code and safety policies.
