Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume calls and emails; address questions and appointment requests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, including emergencies and specialty visits.
• Process payments and explain costs and billing procedures.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff for smooth client communication.
• Resolve client concerns with tact and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory tasks.
