Job summary

Allura in Houston, TX seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Coastal Texas region to drive growth in fiber cement and related materials. This outside sales role focuses on new and existing accounts, building relationships and delivering tailored proposals.

You will travel up to 75% within the territory, report to the Area Sales Manager, and earn a base salary with a target incentive of up to 45% of base. Strong communication, CRM and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in fiber cement, building materials, or related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Results-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists in selecting best options.
• Develops and maintains relationships to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
• Keeps up to date on product applications, market conditions, and promotional trends.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
