Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience/training; equivalent accepted.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy through face-to-face engagement with identified customers.
• Grow new business while protecting and growing current revenue and margins.
• Coordinate customer training and support adoption of products/programs.
• Partner with branches to keep account activities current and visible.
