Job summary

Southern Tide is seeking a part-time Keyholder to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL store. You will assist with opening/closing, security, and ensuring adherence to store policies while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales floor operations.

The role involves promoting our brand values, guiding shifts, training new team members, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a tidy, inviting store environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience.
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and the ability to meet or exceed store performance goals.
• Solid Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and leadership.
• Previous retail or keyholder experience preferred, including basic POS and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and secure the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support sales floor activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and promote Southern Tide products and brand values.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and resolve customer concerns.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
