Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and safeguard store assets. You will help merchandise, manage transactions, and build client relationships while representing the Southern Tide brand with professionalism.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work varied hours. Training will cover product knowledge and store procedures to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers.
• Provide suggestions for merchandising to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book and manage customer relationships.
• Learn and operate the point-of-sale system for transactions, receiving, transfers, and opening/closing registers.
• Share product knowledge and provide fashion guidance to enhance the shopping experience.
