Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a dedicated Keyholder – Crew to support daily store operations, sales, and customer service in our Islamorada, FL location.

You will help merchandise products, build client relationships, and ensure accurate register procedures while upholding brand standards and store policies. This role requires flexibility for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and proactive problem solving.
• Flexibility when needed to address issues.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise aligned with the Southern Tide brand.
• Suggest merchandising ideas to boost sales.
• Build and manage a personal client book.
• Learn and operate the POS system; assist in opening/closing.
• Handle routine transactions and inventory transfers.
• Share product knowledge and provide fashion guidance.
• Participate in store meetings to achieve sales goals.
• Safeguard store assets and follow policies.
• Contribute ideas for merchandising, displays, and hours.
• Assist in cycle counts and year-end inventory.
