Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and safeguard inventory. You will present merchandise, build client relations, and contribute to merchandising efforts to boost sales.

Responsible for opening/closing registers and learning the POS system, while delivering friendly, professional service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; HS diploma or GED required;

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with proficient communication skills (oral and written).
• Appreciate teamwork and interacting with others.
• Able to multitask and stay organized; take initiative when needed.
• Enjoy fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Flexible when solving problems and adapting to changes.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
• High School diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and customer service.
• Sell merchandise and provide fashion guidance to customers.
• Safeguard store assets and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Build a personal client book and support merchandising ideas.
