Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder – Crew to assist in daily store operations, drive sales, and provide top-notch customer service. You will merchandise, manage POS transactions, and help maintain inventory while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including sales and customer service.
• Present and sell merchandise that aligns with the Southern Tide brand.
• Use POS to complete transactions and support opening/closing procedures.
• Build a personal client book and contribute to merchandising ideas.
• Participate in store meetings and strive to exceed sales goals.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory integrity.
