Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and safeguard assets. You will learn the POS system, handle transactions, and support opening/closing duties.

You will build a client book, contribute ideas for merchandising and floor displays, and participate in meetings to help exceed sales and service goals while working with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proficient oral and written communication.
• Teamwork and interacting with others in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized with initiative.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including sales and customer service.
• Safeguard store assets and manage inventory, cycles, and transfers.
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system for transactions and opening/closing procedures.
• Build a personal client book and contribute merchandising ideas to management.
• Support store meetings and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.
