Job summary

Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder – Crew to assist with daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will represent the brand, build client relationships, and help manage POS transactions and inventory.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Applicants should have 2+ years of retail experience, high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Southern Tide retail store, including sales, serving customers, and safeguarding assets.
• Understand the brand and merchandise to provide fitting and styling advice.
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand and help grow personal client book.
• Learn POS software and perform routine transactions, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and service.
