Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, present and recommend merchandise, and contribute to a high-quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities include learning the POS system, performing transactions, maintaining inventory, and helping with cycle counts. You will also help open/close the store and support merchandising efforts to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with merchandise selections and provide excellent service.
• Sell merchandise and build a personal client book.
• Learn and use the POS system for transactions, receiving, and transfers.
• Open/close registers and help manage store operations.
• Collaborate with management on merchandising ideas to drive sales.
