Pier Rock Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities in our Florida portfolio. This full-time role involves on-call rotations and a dynamic team environment where no two days are the same.

You will handle routine and emergency repairs, ensure safety and curb appeal, and help meet move-in readiness deadlines while delivering high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliances.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs in units and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
