Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician with weekend availability to support apartment communities. The role focuses on make-ready tasks, grounds inspections, and timely repairs to ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

The ideal candidate will have basic painting, drywall, plumbing, and general repair knowledge, own tools, and reliable transportation. On-site teamwork and customer-relations skills are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written or oral instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Make repairs or replacements with supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Available for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
