Experience in maintenance across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.
Strong communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

Perform daily repairs in units and common areas (plumbing leaks, electrical outlets, lighting).
Handle preventive maintenance and seasonal upkeep (HVAC tune-ups, pool care).
Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare units for move-ins (repairs, painting, cleaning, appliance checks).
Maintain grounds and exterior cleanliness; service amenities like pools and gyms.
Follow OSHA and company safety standards; report hazards and use PPE.
Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies (leaks, outages).
Track tools, equipment, and supplies; update work orders in AppFolio/ResMan.
