Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Seaside & Hammond, Oregon. You will oversee two apartment communities, managing leasing, marketing, and resident relations with a focus on affordable housing compliance.

• Two years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent administrative abilities and customer service mindset.
• Marketing and leasing skills for high occupancy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two apartment communities, ensuring maintenance and efficiency.
• Manage leasing activities, screen applicants, and implement marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements and fair housing laws.
• Provide excellent resident relations and document interactions accurately.
• Supervise and develop onsite team members to promote a positive work environment.
• Monitor rent collections, ledgers, invoices, and budget-adjacent expenses with the Portfolio Manager.
• Prepare notices and maintain resident files per laws and policies.
• Oversee marketing efforts and review advertising opportunities.
• Conduct property walks, monitor work orders, and ensure move-in readiness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain organized records.
