Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Parkview Commons and Hudson's Pointe in Seaside and Hammond, Oregon. • Two years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both apartment communities.
• Manage leasing activities and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and fair housing laws.
• Provide excellent resident relations and address concerns.
• Lead onsite team with supervision, training, and development.
• Monitor rent collections, maintain resident ledgers, and review invoices.
• Prepare and distribute required notices and maintain resident files.
• Oversee property marketing efforts and advertising.
• Conduct regular property walks and ensure move-in readiness of vacant units.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and manage records in property management software.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency plans are followed and team trained.
• Communicate with the Portfolio Manager, maintenance teams, residents, and corporate office.
