Job summary

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Ashley Court and Tristin Square Apartments in Portland, OR. This role requires coordinating leasing, maintenance, and resident relations across two properties.

This 30-hour-per-week, hourly-position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, ensure housing law compliance, and drive occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment property management.
• Experience managing multiple properties preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of both apartment communities.
• Oversee leasing, rental applications, and occupancy goals.
• Build resident relationships and resolve concerns.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, invoices, and budgets.
• Prepare notices and maintain resident files.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure move-in readiness.
• Supervise onsite team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to achieve goals.
