Gap Inc. seeks a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience.

You’ll drive operational excellence, merchandising execution, and profitable sales growth while ensuring consistency across stores as measured by P&L and related reports. You will attract and develop a top team, monitor performance, and maintain an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver performance.
• Attract, hire, develop and retain top talent to meet business goals.
• Monitor performance and follow up to ensure results are delivered.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative work environment across stores.
• Develop district merchandising plans using data, strategy and seasonality.
• Lead store visits to drive behaviors and results.
• Plan contingencies and solve problems with sustainable solutions.
• Maintain awareness of market and competition.
• Ensure compliance with Gap Inc. policies and procedures.
