Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students excel. This full-time W2 role focuses on coaching, life-skills workshops, and driving performance across campuses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in coaching or education leadership, a strong data-driven mindset, and a willingness to relocate to supported campuses in select markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
