Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and stronger mentorship, hiring Guides to coach students and lead life skills workshops on campus. You will develop Guides, manage cohorts, and model high standards to inspire durable growth in a dynamic educational environment.

You’ll use data to identify coaching opportunities, drive measurable improvements, and uphold the culture that prioritizes student growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha’s coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops for K–8 students covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
