The Fresh Market is seeking a Co-Store Director who will partner with the Store Director to lead the store team, oversee daily operations, and deliver an outstanding guest and team member experience. You will guide multiple departments, manage financial performance, and drive store-wide initiatives to sustain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or general business.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments or store-wide operations is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to achieve sales, margin, labor, and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote values of passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Serve as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting team members and engaging with guests.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members to build future leaders.
• Oversee multiple departments to reflect local guest needs and brand standards.
• Manage sales, gross margin, labor planning, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
• Ensure proper ordering, scheduling, and workload planning.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
