Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager on 2nd shift in Plainfield, IL. The role supervises shift staff, manages performance, and ensures accurate data entry and paperwork flow in a fast-paced co-pack environment.

Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring shipment quality, training staff on customer changes, and maintaining payroll-related records while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Assign work for all warehouse staffing per customer specifications.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of shipments according to customer specs.
• Ensure staff trained on changes to a customer and SOPs.
• Oversee all data entry and paperwork flow on shift.
• Maintain shift timesheets for weekly payroll and overtime control.
