RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL seeks a Warehouse Manager to supervise shift staff, review performance, and manage data entry and paperwork flow. You will lead a team to meet customer specs, ensure accurate shipments, and uphold safety standards under the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years in co-pack and 2+ years in warehouse environments, with proficiency in WMS (Synapse preferred) and MS Office. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work to all warehouse staff with customer specs in mind.
• Monitors quality and accuracy of shipments per customer specs.
• Ensures staff meets customer requirements and trains on changes.
• Communicates with customers and responds to inquiries; implements actions.
• Oversees safety, training, and development per OSHA and RJW policies.
• Manages shift timesheets and weekly payroll; reviews overtime.
• Performs building/equipment checks and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Ensures AIB training for handling food products where required.
• Issues corrective actions and work orders as needed.
