RJW Logistics Group in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee co-pack and retail fulfillment operations during 2nd shift. You will lead shift staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage data entry and paperwork flow.
Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring shipment quality, communicating with customers, enforcing safety training, and coordinating payroll-related tasks. Candidates should have 3–5 years in co-pack and 2+ years in warehouse, plus WMS experience.
Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday / 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Hours may vary based on business needs)
Salary: $65k annual salary

Job Purpose: This position reports to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. The Warehouse Manager oversees shift staff, conducts performance reviews, handles disciplinary actions, and manages all computer entry work and paperwork flow.
Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack; Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment; Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred); PC literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
Must effectively communicate, read, write and speak English. Must read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Must write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; compute rates, ratios and percentages; interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with varying conditions; interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; determine root cause and corrective action.
Knowledge of business operating systems, internet software, word processing, spreadsheets; familiarity with labeling software (NiceLabel, Bartender) a plus.
Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use keyboard and buttons; speak clearly; indoor office environment with repetitive motion; ability to work beyond continuous 8 hours; handle stressful conditions with strong cognitive skills; 20/20 corrected vision; medical certification of sound physical health; no evidence of controlled substance use.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.
